Start by taking measurements of your shoulder, chest, waist and your hips.
INVERTED TRIANGLE BODY TYPE
When your shoulder measurements is 2 inches larger than your hip measurement or your bust measurement 4 inches larger than your hip measurement then you are an inverted triangle body type.
TRIANGLE BODY TYPE
When your shoulder measurements are smaller in compare to your hip or your hip size is 2 inches larger than your shoulder then you are a triangle or pear shape body
CIRCLE BODY TYPE
Circle or apple shape body is when you carry your most of the weight around your waist. When your waist measurement is larger than hip and chest measurement then it circle shape body
RECTANGLE BODY TYPE
Your shoulder waist and hip measurement are the same size then your are a rectangle body. It is more boxy kind of body where there is no definition around the waist
HOURGLASS BODY TYPE
Hourglass is when your waist is very defined and hip, shoulder and chest measurement are the same. Waist is 8 inch less than hip, shoulder and chest measurement.
